Trade Show Fees 

Booth/Exhibit Space Rate
These rates entitle supplier companies to one 8"x10" exhibit booth space with 110v electricity. 
Additionally, one representative from your company receives complimentary full conference registration. 
Rec'd by 4/8 = $400
Rec'd after 4/8 = $500

Briefcase Rate 
Supplier companies may attend the show to conduct business without occupying booth/exhibit space.  
Rec'd by 4/8 = $250
Rec'd after 4/8 = $325

Exhibitor Personnel Registration Fees
Full Conference 
Includes admittance into all training classes, breakfast (Tues/Wed/Thurs), lunch (Tues/Wed), welcome reception (Mon), trade show reception (Wed), conference course materials, an official RMLA hat & other giveaways    
Rec'd by 4/8 = $325
Rec'd after 4/8 = $375 

Trade Show Only = $75
Includes admittance to the trade show and trade show reception only. Does not include entrance into any of the training classes.     

Other Events 
Welcome Reception = $50
Awards Lunch = $35 
The above fees are only applicable to Trade Show Only registrations. There is no need to add these fees to a Full Conference registration.
